We primarily purchase of non-performing 1st and 2nd mortgages on residential properties across the United States in the 50 largest metroplexes. The strategy is to purchase this mortgage debt at a fraction of current value. We then either negotiate with the home owner or borrower to take control the property or turn the loan back into a performing loan.
Our Management team has experience in real estate investment since 1998. Out breadth of experience include holding SFRs to small apartment buildings, rehabbing and flipping SFRs, development of small apartment complex and condo project, and holding 1st mortgages backed by residential RE.
